The information in your Profile is extremely important. It dictates how leads communicate with and view you. 


How to get there

You can access your profile from the Update Profile icon on the left navigation menu of your Great Agent CRM. If you're signed into Great Agent, you can access the direct link here





About You

  • Name is used for Google searches and email drip campaigns

  • Job Title is used in email drip campaigns and throughout your website
  • Office Phone Number is an optional field used in email drop campaigns
  • Cell Phone Number is how you receive texts notifications from Great Agent 
  • Email is where you receive email notifications from Great Agent. The email is also used as your CRM Username.
  • Connect Gmail Account allows you to authorize Great Agent to "read" the sender and receiver on emails sent to and from your Gmail account. By doing so, your Gmail communication with leads can be logged in the lead's timeline. 




Notification Settings

Your notification settings determine how and when you will be alerted when a new lead is assigned to you. 

  • Text Notifications can be enabled so that you will receive a text message immediately upon receiving a new lead. This would be in addition to email notifications, which are always enabled.
  • Smart Calls are automated phone calls from Great Agent that, upon your choosing, can connect you directly with the lead via a phone call. Smart Calls are a great way to ensure you are calling leads within the optimal time to maximize close rates.
    • Receive an automated phone call
    • Hit '1' when prompted
    • Automatically dial the lead
  • Preferred Call Time functions as your 'Office Hours'. By setting this time, you can determine when you wish to receive Smart Calls for a new lead.

  • Your Photo is used throughout the website and emails. It's a great way to make a first impression!
