Do you have a list of leads you would like to import into the Great Agent platform? You can now easily upload and map your list (via .csv file) directly from within the CRM.


How to get there

Action Plans can be accessed within the Import section of the CRM left navigation menu of your Great Agent CRM. If you're already logged in to your CRM, you can click here.



Upload your CSV file

In the upper right-hand corner, you will see a blue Upload CSV button. By clicking that button, you will be prompted to select the file from your computer. Please note that the file must be in .csv format. If you have a Microsoft Excel file, you must export it to .csv format before uploading to Great Agent.


Mapping the fields

After your file has been successfully uploaded, you will see a list of columns and a few rows of leads to preview. Great Agent will attempt to match the column headers with one of the accepted fields within Great Agent. If a field is not automatically matched, you can select the appropriate mapping by clicking the dropdown and selecting the field which best matches the original import column.




Skipped Columns

If there is not an available Great Agent field that matches the content within one of your columns, you can skip that column. All columns must be matched or skipped before the Import Leads (purple) button will be enabled. 




Importing Leads

Once your fields have been matched or skipped, click the Import Leads (purple) button and your import will be put into our queue. Within minutes, you should see your leads within your Great Agent CRM.
