Tags are a great way to organize and categorize your leads so that they are more easily searchable within the CRM. 


Where to View Tags

Tags are available within their own Tags section on the left-hand side of the Lead Details page. 



Default Tags

When a new lead signs up on your Great Agent website (note: this does not include imported leads), they are prompted with three questions. Based on the answers to these questions, they user will be tagged based on the following criteria:

  • Buying timeframe
  • Are they currently working with an agent?
  • Do they have a house to sell?


Please note that these questions are optional, so some leads may bypass these questions.


Adding New Tags

If you would like to add a new, previously unused tag to a lead, click the +Add New Tag link within the Tags section. From there, you will see a modal that contains all of your previously used tags. You can then scroll down and select any tags you wish to add to the selected lead or search for a specific tag.




Adding a New Tag

To add a previously unused tag to the CRM, click the +Add New Tag link, which will open the Add Tags modal. From there, type the new tag into the "Search tags..." text field. Once you have typed the full tag name, click the Add [tag name] option below the text input field. 


This tag will now be available to add to all leads within the CRM.
