The Great Dialer can be automatically initiated (and the lead dialed) by clicking on a lead's phone number on the Lead Command Center.

How it Works

Click-to-Dial uses the Great Dialer to rapidly initiate a Great Dialer session and call a lead with one click. To use Click-to-Dial, simply click on any lead's phone number from the Phone column on the Lead Command Center. 


Upon doing so, you will be redirected to the Lead Details page and the Great Dialer will be initiated. Great Agent will call you on your cell phone number. After answering the Great Dialer call from Great Agent, the lead will be automatically dialed without any further action from you. 


This process all happens pretty quickly, so be ready for the lead to be dialed when you click their phone number from the Lead Command Center.



After Finishing the Call

After you have completed your call, you can continue to use the the Great Agent CRM to manage your leads. If you remain connected to the Great Dialer, you can Click-to-Dial additional leads by clicking on their phone number on the Lead Command Center.
