Automatically import your leads from other sources into your Great Agent account using the Automatic Lead Importing feature. This allows you to conveniently manage all of your leads from one central location and utilize Great Agent's intelligent CRM to manage your communication with leads from all sources.
What is Automatic Lead Importing?
Great Agent supports leads from 50+ sources, making it easy to manage all of your leads from one central hub. When you setup Automatic Lead Importing the new lead email notification you receive will be forwarded to Great Agent so that our system can automatically import the lead to your account. Set it up once and our system takes care of the rest.
Getting Started
The Automatic Lead Importing menu item is just below the Lead Command Center icon on your left navigation within the CRM. From there, you can access your unique Great Agent forwarding email address.
Setting up Automatic Lead Importing
Automatic Lead Importing is managed by setting up forwarding and filtering within your Gmail account. Why Gmail? It's the only email client with the required forwarding and filtering settings necessary to properly manage the email routing.
