You can easily log notes in the CRM using the Notes tab on the Lead Details page.
From the Action Menu on the right-hand side of the page, click on the Add Note tab. From there, you can type information and add it to your timeline for future reference.
On the timeline, your notes will be displayed along with the date and time it was added.
Editing Notes
To edit notes, hover over the note on the timeline, where you will then see an edit icon appear. Upon clicking that icon, you will be able to edit the note from within the timeline. Then click on the green check icon to save your changes.
