Saved Views are the easiest way to create dynamic lists of leads based on how you manage your book of business.
Creating a Saved View
To create a Saved View, simply modify your filters so that you are only viewing leads that are relevant for your view. You can also modify which column is being sorted. After your filters and sorting have been set, click the Save View (turquoise) button to the right of the search bar.
You will then be prompted to give your view a name.
Selecting a Saved View
From the Saved Views dropdown, just select any of your previously saved (or Great Agent provided) views. Your CRM lead table will be automatically updated to only display the appropriate leads with the defined sorting.
Great Agent Provided Views
Great Agent has provided a handful of Saved Views that you can use to more easily manage your leads. Here is a breakdown of the Great Agent views:
- No Call Attempts - Last 7 days - Leads who have not been attempted within the past 7 days. This could include leads who you have already logged a conversation with and don't have a scheduled call with until a future date.
- Showing Requests - Any lead that has requested a showing through your website
- No Call Attempts - Any leads with no call attempts logged in Great Agent
- Today's Tasks - A list of leads with a task due on the current day
- No Conversations Last 30 Days - Any lead with no conversation within the past month. When nurturing, it's important to maintain dialog with your prospects regularly to ensure you stay top of mind.
- All Leads - No Stage Filters - A view of all of your leads, with no filters applied. By default, leads in the Closed, Archived and Deleted stage aren't displayed on the lead table. This view displays all leads.
Managing Saved Views
From the Marketing page in your CRM, you can delete Saved Views that you no longer need.
