The Great Agent Live Feed is a real-time feed of activities that have taken place by your leads. This could include activities on your Great Agent website (e.g. registering, viewing a property) or interaction with emails (e.g. opening and clicks). The Live Feed is accessible on all pages of the CRM by clicking on the Globe icon in the upper right-hand corner.
What is that Red Badge?
The red badge (with a number inside) that you may see on the Live Feed icon represents the number of activities that your leads have taken since the last time you clicked on the Live Feed.
What Activities can I see?
Within the Live Feed, you can see the following activities:
- Sign up
- Viewed a property
- Favorited a property
- Unfavorited a property
- Requested a showing
- Performed a Home Valuation Estimate
- Asked a question
- Sent a text
- Replied to an email
- Opened an email/E-Alert
- Clicked on an email/E-Alert
