Did your receive a message within the CRM that activity (e.g. a mass text message) had been queued? When performing an activity that impacts multiple leads, Great Agent will add the activity to a queue which will begin immediately. Depending on the number of selected leads, your queued activity may be completed within seconds or several minutes.
