The Great Sheet allows you to view new and price reduced properties on the market and easily identify potential leads within your Great Agent CRM that may be interested.
How to get there
Action Plans can be accessed within the Great Sheet section of the CRM left navigation menu of your Great Agent CRM. If you're already logged in to your CRM, you can click here.
Great Sheet Overview
The Great Sheet lists properties based on when they hit the market or reduce in price. On each listing, you will see a button that lists the number of "likely leads" which match that property. If you click the Likely Leads button, you will be directed back to the lead command center and your leads will be filtered to only display the leads which matched the property selected within Great Sheets.
From there, you can send a mass text or email that references the property.
